OPEN WEEKEND Sat 12th & Sun 13th MAY 2018
Volunteers Needed for:
- Set up hall, get bowls ready etc
- Green Monitor
- Short Mat Monitor
- Bar Staff x 2 (12-4pm)
- Kitchen Staff x 2 (11-4pm)
- Players (needed to play in drive on two rinks over 2 days – no other duties
- Coaches and welcomers x3-4
- Admin – ensure details of each visitor is taken
- Cake and sandwich makers
